Two Open Houses

In support of Annual Holiday Art Show & Sale 2 historic houses will have a free open houses on Saturday, Nov 3rd (10-4).

  

 

Riley-Carmack (Clinton County Historical Museum - 1889) will be open showing new exhibits including David Rice Atchison room.  Even if you have seen the museum before come out and check out the new exhibits.

Located 304 S. Birch, Plattsburg, MO
Admission is free-donations are accepted.
Downey House (190?) will be open to the public.  It will be decorated for Christmas and history of the house will be included during the tour.  Downey House was remodeled in 2011 and made into a nightly rental.  Improvements have continued through 2012 including restoration of downstairs floors.
