Don't miss out on Plattsburg's largest festival of the year! Come join the community as they gather together to enjoy the city's fun and festive October celebration full of parades, food, contests, family entertainment, silent auctions, a carnival and so much more!  Don't forget to stop by and browse the many unique items available at the flea market booths.  

If old fashioned fun and entertainment is your style, then come to Plattsburg and relax for awhile!

Thursday, Oct. 7

All Events at Main and Broadway unless otherwise noted.  Bring your lawn chairs.

In case of rain, the Firemen's Chili Supper and opening ceremonies will be held at the Plattsburg First Station.

5 p.m. Firemen's Chili Supper 
5-6 p.m. Pumpkin Carving Contest (check in)
6-7 p.m. Pumpkin Carving Contest Voting (sponsored by Bank Liberty)
5-8 p.m. Chamber of Commerce Silent Auction in Platte Valley Bank Basement
6 p.m. Opening Ceremonies Include:
Boy Scout Flag Ceremony
Coronation of Little Miss and Mr. Plattsburg (sponsored by Senior Center)
Chamber's "Person of the Year" announced
Introduction of the Parade  Grand Marshals
6 p.m. Evan's Carnival - Wristband Night
6-8 p.m. Official Fall Festival T-shirts on sale (available at US Bank, Platte Valley Bank, Bank Liberty, Plattsburg Senior Center, and other Plattsburg merchants.)
7:15 p.m. Pumpkin Carving Contest Winner announced
7:30 p.m Live Music 
Friday, Oct. 8
5:30 p.m. Kiddie Bike Parade line-upstarts at the Plattsburg Medical Clinic (between Clay/Broadway) and stops at Pocket Park (Main and Broadway)  Ages 4 yrs thru 5th Grade.  Sponsored by Woodward Real Estate.
5-7 p.m Chamber of Commerce Silent Auction & Plattsburg Store, Platte Valley Bank Basement
4:30-7:30 pm Cattleman's Dinner @ Community Courtyard, Downtown Plattsburg
6 p.m. Car Cruise at US Bank & Platte Valley Bank parking lots
6 p.m. Evan's Carnival - Wristband Night 

Saturday, Oct. 9

6:30-11 a.m. Broadway United Methodist Church Men's Breakfast, at the High School Cafeteria
8 a.m. 4th Annual 5K Walk for Hope (Registration begins at 7 a.m.) - Walk begins at the Pamida Parking lot 
8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Flea Market - Booths in the parking lot of U.S. Bank
8 .a.m. - 12:30p.m. Chamber of Commerce Silent Auction at Platte Valley Bank Basement
9:00 a.m. Senior Center Famous Cinnamon Rolls (until sold out)
9:00 a.m. Girl Scout & Boy Scout Celebration (Platte Valley Parking lot)
12:30 p.m. Parade line-up (at Perkins Park) & Float Contest
1:00 p.m. Float prizes awarded
1:30 p.m. Fall Festival Parade (begins at Perkins Park)

After the Parade

  Cake Walk at Community Courtyard

4 p.m. Montague's tethered balloon rides at Perkins Park
