Money raised this year will go towards the purchase of new "turnout
lockers," (sample shown) that will allow for faster drying time of
personal and protective equipment after a call, thus prolonging its
in-service life.

Also portions of the money raised will be donated to the American Legion
for the purchase of replacement American Flags. The American Legion
lends their flags to the Fire Department for various events, such as 911
Remembrances, and some of the flags are becoming tattered and worn, so the
Fire Department would like to contribute the replacements. |
